Our planners are certified, through The Wedding Planner Society, the nation’s leading wedding certification program, pride themselves on providing personalization with purpose, excellent service, an enjoyable planning experience for all.
Meet Jessica.
Jessica founded Pine Events Co. in 2018 after building a career in event operations, nonprofit development, and patron services, quietly mastering the art of making complex events feel effortless.
A Senior Certified Planner through The Wedding Planner Society, she’s known for her design-forward eye, meticulous attention to detail, and calm, take-charge presence. Jessica is the one thinking five steps ahead, refining the vision, and making sure every element is exactly where it should be…often before anyone else has even considered it.
Her approach is equal parts structured and intuitive. She cares deeply about how an event looks and feels, from the flow of the space to the smallest details guests may not consciously notice, but will absolutely experience.
As the older sister, Jessica naturally leans a bit more type A (in the best way). She thrives on organization, precision, and creating a planning process that feels clear, intentional, and fully under control.
At the core of her work is a simple belief: when everything is thoughtfully planned, you’re free to be fully present and actually enjoy your wedding.

Amanda brings over 16 years of experience in event planning and coordination and is known for being the calm, steady presence that keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
A Senior Certified Planner through The Wedding Planner Society, she’s often described as organized, reliable, and easy to be around; the person who makes you feel like everything is handled without ever making it feel overwhelming. She has a natural ability to step into a space, understand what’s needed, and keep things moving with quiet confidence and ease.
Her approach is thoughtful and intuitive, with a focus on creating a seamless experience for both clients and guests. She values clear communication, well-paced timelines, and making sure the day unfolds exactly as it should.
As the more laid-back sister, Amanda brings a sense of balance to the planning process and is grounded, flexible, and always ready to adapt when needed (which, as we all know, is often).
Together, she and Jessica create a dynamic that is both structured and easygoing, ensuring every event is not only beautifully executed, but genuinely enjoyable from start to finish.
